Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Barscey. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund option under the conditions outlined below.
Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Return requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must cover all return shipping fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Product Condition
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. In such cases, Barscey will review the situation and provide a suitable solution.
